Original Product policy

All items published for sale on DSparesZone must be authentic. We believe DSparesZone buyers and sellers are fundamentally good. However, to build confidence and trust in the platform, DSparesZone does not allow the sale of inauthentic/counterfeit auto-parts. Any seller found violating these terms may be banned from the marketplace

The products offered for sale bearing a company's official brand name or logo must have been lawfully made by, for, or with the consent of that company, otherwise, the seller violates DSparesZone’s authentic Items policy.

DSparesZone takes no responsibility for verifying products. It is the responsibility of each seller to source and sell only authentic products. If a buyer receives an item determined to be inauthentic, DSparesZone will not facilitate the return or replacement of this item to the seller and the seller bears the entire risk of losing the physical item, the monetary value of the item.

If a seller is determined to have sold inauthentic/counterfeit spare parts, DSparesZone may suspend or terminate the seller’s ability to sell on DSparesZone immediately, indefinitely, and without warning; and current or future payments held by DSparesZone on the seller’s behalf may be forfeited, withheld, and applied towards the reimbursement of buyers.

Sales of counterfeit auto parts may also lead to civil and criminal penalties and legal action against sellers by the lawful owners of the intellectual property infringed upon, and DSparesZone will cooperate with the appropriate parties in holding the offending sellers accountable.

We take our responsibility to provide a safe marketplace seriously. We'll investigate the situation and take appropriate action.
